An underused car park in the middle of Maidstone, framed by sensitive heritage. The brief: respectful design, real density, and a scheme that improves the public realm rather than fights its surroundings.

A tightly constrained site demanding a properly considered design response and a clean planning narrative. We led the JV and structured the deal around delivery certainty.
