We price that work properly and execute it ourselves.
We acquire and improve land. Remediation of contaminated and brownfield sites, masterplanning, allocation, promotion and complex consents. We work the planning system end-to-end and take on the risk that stalls others.
A propco developer with in-house construction capability. Single point of accountability from pre-construction through to handover. Programme and cost are run inside the business, not handed to a main contractor.
Buyers and asset managers of large residential and mixed-use portfolios. Repositioning, refurbishment, repackaging and exit — underwritten in-house, executed for our capital partners. c. £250m of resi investment stock acquired during 2025 and 2026, alongside private and institutional partners.

Zenith Land was founded in 2018 by Chris Wilson and Kenny Worrall. The firm is a principal-led real estate investment and development house, structured to underwrite, plan, and deliver in-house, working with private and institutional capital partners across the United Kingdom and Ireland.
During 2025 and 2026 Zenith has acquired c. £250m of residential investment stock, predominantly off-market. Current activity includes the Epsom Gasworks regeneration in Surrey, supported living delivery through our investment in Public Housing, and selective acquisitions in land, mixed-use and asset-backed corporate situations.
