Zenith Land is a propco developer and investor. We are a founder-led real estate house, working with private and institutional capital across the UK and Ireland. We acquire, improve and develop real estate, underwritten and delivered in-house.

The firm works across the full lifecycle — land, planning, construction, investment and asset management. We focus on situations that demand specialist work: remediation, planning risk, repositioning, multi-party transactions and asset-backed corporate opportunities. We price that work properly and execute it ourselves.

The firm

Zenith Land was founded in 2018 by Chris Wilson and Kenny Worrall. The firm is a principal-led real estate investment and development house, structured to underwrite, plan, and deliver in-house, working with private and institutional capital partners across the United Kingdom and Ireland.

During 2025 and 2026 Zenith has acquired c. £250m of residential investment stock, predominantly off-market. Current activity includes the Epsom Gasworks regeneration in Surrey, supported living delivery through our investment in Public Housing, and selective acquisitions in land, mixed-use and asset-backed corporate situations.
